Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rena AI Chat mobile application ("App") operated by Rena Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Rena AI Chat is a mobile application that provides users with the ability to engage in conversations with artificial intelligence characters. The App features:

• 14 unique AI characters with distinct personalities and backgrounds
• Real-time chat functionality powered by AI technology
• Chat history storage and management
• User profile and settings management
• Daily free chat allowances

User Eligibility

To use our App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when using the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You may create an account by providing a username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the AI characters and use the service appropriately

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rena Technologies and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

AI Character Interactions

Our AI characters are designed for entertainment and conversational purposes. Please note that:

• AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI characters are fictional and their responses should not be considered as professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Users should use their own judgment when interacting with AI characters

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rena Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rena Technologies and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rena Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App.
